ARTIST’S STATEMENT

Artist Statement

My work is inspired by skeletal, partially built and abandoned structures. The constructions are man-made with unusual purposes – pieces of a previous time and odd historical remnants of war, industry and navigation.

They are eerie, isolated structures, strong but fragile in appearance, that emerge from and disappear into the landscape.
